At Prairie View, you’ll receive personal attention when planning, coordinating and executing the details of your event.

We want your event to be like no other and a truly unforgettable experience.  Our uncomplicated, versatile and comfortable event space can accommodate up to 320 seated guests and can be transformed into a variety of styles to help you create an event you and your guests will remember.

When you engage Prairie View Reception Center for your event, you will receive these standard services:

  • 5 hours of event time

  • 2 additional hours of vendor or decorating set up/ take down

  • Event Planner consultation to design your custom event and provide guidance for a seamless event

  • Choice of professional caterers

  • Room design recommendation and planning

  • Meeting with your vendors to ensure a cooperative effort

  • Customized resume and timeline of event detail

  • 2 pre-event planning conferences after booking to understand your vision and factors that are important to you

  • On site facility management and event coordinator, during your event

  • Use of all tables and chairs

  • Large, permanent hardwood dance floor

  • Standard guest table linens and standard skirted tables

  • Professional cleaning service included

  • Special lighting enhancements

  • Free Wi-fi with personalized image/password

Showers

Corporate Luncheons/Meetings


This rate structure applies to business meetings, conferences, seminars, continuing education classes, and luncheons. Our professional staff will assist you in planning for the most efficient and effective use of your time; allowing you to host business meetings that keep you on-task, but that provide an enjoyable experience.


Monday-Thursday (up to 3 hours) $100/hr.

Monday-Thursday (4+ hours) $395
